The Ultimate Guide to Mastering Comprehension is written with a systematic and progressive approach to specially guide pupils to master the necessary skills for excelling in comprehension tests.

This book explores important comprehension skills in the first three sections – Information-seeking, Inferring and Thinking Skills. The section on Information-seeking will teach pupils to identify important factual information, while the section on Inferring will teach pupils the skills to intelligently guess the meanings of words, phrases and sentences based on the clues provided. The section on Thinking Skills aims to encourage pupils to think out of the box. The last section, Combined Skills, helps pupils to recall all the skills taught and prepares them for tests and examinations.

Each comprehension component is taught in three levels of difficulty from Levels 1 to 3. The texts and passages have been specially arranged in increasing levels of difficulty and text length.
